Install App Scan License Server on default drive…C drive.Ģ) Click on “License Key Center” and in the next page “Continue”ģ) In the next page put the credentials and login or register and login.Ĥ) The License Key Center home page will appear.ĥ) On the left hand side click on “View and return keys”.Ħ) On the front page click on “IBM Rational AppScan License”ħ) On the next page click on “IBM Rational AppScan Standard Edition Floating License Key”Ĩ) Check on the license and click on return.ġ0) Before filling the values click on StartàRun and type “hostinfo”, a page will open giving the details of your system host.ġ1) On this page click on Alternate ID, a new page will open giving the details of two things Host Name and Alternate Ethernet Address.Extract the “C11LVML.zip” file and click on setup.exe to start the installation of App Scan License Server.
Now check “ IBM Rational License Server V7.0.1 for Windows English and Japanese” and click on download now. In the next page click on “I agree” and click on “I Confirm”. Check this option and click on Continue. In this page search for “ IBM Rational License Server V7.0.1 for Windows and V7.0.0.1 for UNIX and Linux English Japanese” version 7.0.1. 
The click on “go here and download the product”, a new page will open. Put the credentials if you have, or register for the same and then login. App Scan Version should be 7.8.0.2 or the latest version. If you have installed earlier on some other drive then re-install it on C drive. Install App Scan on the default path mentioned like in (C:\\Program File\…).Don’t change the default path. 
Click on “C1X元ML.exe” file and follow the screen directions or steps. 3) Click on “Free Download Rational AppScan”Ĥ) Enter the userid and password or register and login, and in the next page click on Submit.ĥ) Check the option”IBM Rational AppScan Standard Edition V7.8.0.2 Evaluation Multilingual for Windows” and click on “I Confirm”.Ħ) The downloading of App Scan will start.
